I recently collaborated with the Karen Dadonn team for a property that would be described as unsellable by 99% of realtors in Marbella. However, Karen and her team made it happen, and she has earned the title of being one of the top agents there for a reason. I would refer her to anyone who is tired of the "old way" of doing real estate in Spain and wants a real professional who actually does what they say.
