Our colleague Alberto del Pino has just completed the Batalla de Rande — an open water swim of 27.7 kilometres across the Ría de Vigo, recognised by the World Open Water Swimming Association as one of the finest open water competitions in the world. Alberto completed it in 8 hours and 41 minutes. Swimming. Without stopping.
